KNEC Prepares Teachers for Grade 9 KJSEA Marking
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is gearing up to train teachers for marking the Grade 9 Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) in 2025. Shortlisted teachers need to pay Ksh 10,500 through a paybill number and confirm it on the KNEC examiners portal by March 28, 2025. The first CBC students will take the KJSEA from October 24 to November 5, 2025, with projects (Creative Arts and Sports from May to July, Pre-Technical Studies in July) and eight days of theory and practicals. Training for 24 subjects starts online in March-April, followed by residential sessions.
