Guide to TSC Teacher Registration in Kenya 2025

1. Start Online
   • Visit www.tsc.go.ke, head to “Teachers Services,” and select “New Teacher Registration Citizen.”
2. Enter Personal Details
   • Input your ID/passport number, surname, mobile number, email (for OTP), KRA PIN, and category (e.g., ECDE, Primary, Post-Primary). Confirm the trained teacher status, then click “Next.”
3. Verify Email
   • Check your email for an OTP, enter it on the application page, and proceed.
4. Add Basic Info
   • Fill in permanent and current address fields, then save and click “Next.”
5. Submit Certificates
   • Upload primary, secondary, and tertiary certificates one by one, noting start/end years, certificate numbers, and institutions. Click “Next” when done.
6. Attach Extra Documents
   • Upload KRA PIN, GP69, ID, passport photo, transcripts, and Good Conduct Certificate, labeling each (e.g., “KRA PIN”). Click “Next.”
7. Finalize Subjects & Payment
   • List your main subject (e.g., Kiswahili, KCSE grade, training hours) and second subject (e.g., CRE). Declare any dismissals/convictions, then proceed.
   • Select payment mode (e.g., Mpesa), enter your phone number, and pay Ksh 1,055 via E-citizen. Enter your Mpesa PIN, then click “Complete Payment.”
   • Print the final page with your details for records.
